Middle School Coach Meet and Greet

I'm excited to announce an upcoming meeting where coaches will have the opportunity to share their experiences in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. Over the past three years, we've seen various changes in leadership, scoring systems, competition procedures, and event standards, and I understand that these shifts may have brought about some challenges.

 As someone who regularly interacts with many coaches, both during and outside of the season, I believe it's essential to hear from those who may not have had the same opportunities to voice their thoughts. That's why I'm extending this invitation to all CPL and Charter school coaches who compete with CPL. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of our community.

While I've had the chance to address some concerns with CPL leadership, before heading back to the table I want to take this opportunity to gather your valuable insights and ideas, so we can collectively contribute to making future seasons even more fulfilling and successful for everyone involved.

During our meetings, we'll be discussing various concerns and suggestions, covering topics such as scoring transparency, communication channels, advancement clarity, event logistics, and coaches' training. To ensure we make the most of our time together, we kindly ask you to email your concerns and suggestions beforehand. Don't worry about providing detailed explanations or experiences; just let us know the general nature of your concern or suggestion.

By categorizing your input, we can structure our discussions more effectively and understand which issues resonate with multiple coaches. Together, we can work towards finding reasonable solutions and feasible ideas that benefit us all.
