Cancellation Policy
## One-on-One Booking Policy To ensure every coach gets the most out of their 45-minute sessions, please review our policy: Scheduling: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. As a Varsity member, you are entitled to three sessions per month; unused sessions do not roll over. Punctuality: To respect everyone’s schedule, sessions will start and end exactly on time. If you are late, we will utilize the remaining time of your 45-minute slot. Cancellations: Please provide at least, 12 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will count as one of your used monthly sessions. Preparation: Come prepared with specific questions or videos you’d like Coach Ryan to review to maximize your 45 minutes!
