Cancellation Policy
1. Securing Your Spot All classes, clinics, and training sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online portal. Your athlete's spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received. 2. Athlete Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the start of the session. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: You will receive a full credit to your account to use for a future class, or a full refund upon request. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Late cancellations will not be refunded or credited, as that time was specifically reserved for your athlete. 3. No-Shows Athletes who do not show up for their scheduled class without prior notice will be charged the full rate for the session. No refunds or makeup credits will be issued. 4. Coach Cancellations In the rare event that a class must be cancelled by the coach (due to severe weather, facility issues, or emergencies), you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to receive a full refund or a credit for a makeup class. 5. Waitlist If a clinic or class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted athletes will be contacted in the order they signed up and given a limited window to claim the spot before we move to the next person on the list.
