Our Flyer class is the perfect introduction to the fundamentals of flying—no prior experience required. Athletes will build flexibility, strengthen key muscles, and learn proper body control to feel confident in the air. With a focus on safe technique and teamwork, this class lays the foundation for future stunting success.
Jump Start
ANY cheerleader, class focus: hip mobility for cheerleading, flexibility, targeted muscle strengthening.
Our Cheer Jump class is designed for all athletes — no cheerleading experience required! Each session builds flexibility, targets key muscle groups for explosive jumps, and improves overall stamina. Athletes will gain strength, confidence, and technique in a fun, supportive environment.

Private Training
Boost your athlete’s confidence with personalized 1-on-1 cheer training! Each private session focuses on building strong fundamentals—motions, jumps, flexibility, strength, and performance skills—at their own pace. With individualized coaching and immediate feedback, beginners gain the skills and confidence they need to shine on the mat and with their team.
